Revered as the "Napa Valley of Green Chile," we share more than just its unique flavor - we share the culture of Hatch Valley and its farmer's passion for growing the best green chiles in the world with you, anytime of the day, anytime of the year - Hatch to Table All of our products are: Extra Fresh — our chiles are picked, flame-roasted & flash-frozen during harvest. All Natural — we use only natural ingredients to preserve the just-picked flavor. Gluten Free — we use rice flour as a binder where necessary, not wheat. Zero Trans Fat — only natural vegetables, spices, herbs and fruits are used. New Mexico — all our chiles come from the Hatch Valley in New Mexico! How do you like your green chiles?
