This charming, single level one bedroom Annex is just a few minutes' walk from the centre of the award winning village of Hanley Swan. You have easy access to village pub; The Swan (serving food), the village shop, the award winning butcher and of course the picturesque duck pond. There are many miles of footpaths in and around the village and for the more energetic walker the property makes an ideal base for walking the Malverns or for anyone visiting one of the many shows held at the Three Counties Showground, which is just a mile away, or Upton Upon Seven, which is famous for its annual summer Jazz and Blues Festivals, is a mere 3 miles to the east. The Annex is accessed through electric gates so offering secure parking for one car and has a separate entrance from the driveway leading into studio style kitchen/ lounge/ diner. The fitted kitchen has an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge and 3 draw freezer. Laundry facilities can be arranged with the owner on a weekly basis. The lounge/ diner has small dining table and four chairs, sofa, comfy reclining chair, flat screen television with Freeview, a CD/digital radio player, IPod dock and WIFI. Patio doors open out onto a paved outdoor dining area neighboring the owner's garden. The double bedroom has a large wardrobe and looks out onto the patio area. The bathroom comprises WC, hand basin and bath with wall mounted power shower. Oil central heating with digital thermostat. Well behaved dogs are welcome and this is a non-smoking property. Bed linen and towels are provided. Note: We can also offer a small Zbed or Travel Cot, so could accommodate a small child.
