The Biodynamic Clinic is the Clinical arm of GBII and was established by Mary Molloy in 1989. We offer the full range of biodynamic psychology and psychotherapy methods and the related treatments developed by clinical psychologist, Gerda Boyesen (1922-2005). Biodynamic Therapies: Biodynamic treatments are based on the recognition of the link between body and mind. We use specialised massage methods, bodywork and psychotherapy within an environment free from interruption, judgement or criticism – where expression of the impossible becomes possible. This approach can relieve pain and tension and bring release and healing in a safe and gentle way. Block Therapy - The Biodynamic Retreat: Block therapy is also known as the biodynamic retreat because it offers the opportunity to be away from everyday concerns and have quality time and attention just for you. We can design a personal treatment programme specifically tailored to your immediate needs. We provide self-catering facilities attached to GBII and The Biodynamic Clinic at the Quay Cottages in Killala, Co Mayo in Ireland, and in nearby accommodation in London and through other Biodynamic Clinics. Block Therapy consists of a series of 6-10 hours - over 1, 2 or 3 days, or 20 hours residential, taken as 4 hours daily over 5 days. Hospital and home visits can also be arranged.
