The Chocolate Clinic is a place where I can share the chocolate that fuels my passion-- small batch, artisan, & bean-to-bar. My hope is for the Chocolate Clinic to become a community of like-minded reverers of artisans, self professed gourmands, folks who hunger for knowledge. It's my goal to bring to you the latest in chocolate, provide information on the history and science behind this beloved bean, and to put forth the face of both the farmers & artisans who bring chocolate to us.
