The C.C.O elects board members from its community every two (2) years, the duties and responsibilities of the board are to determine future programs and activities that are in accordance with the objectives of the community. The current board is composed of the following members: Léon Mawengo (President), Josué Kadima (Vice-President), Koblo Kibul (Treasurer), Odile Mambo (Deputy Treasurer), Huguette Eluhu (Secretary) and Thobos Lubamba (Activities Coordinator).
