Private cooking instruction or small party catering in your own home. We speacialize in global cuisines and can accomodate diet retrictions or allergies.

Description

Classes are taught one-on-one, in the comfort of your own kitchen or venue of choice. I approach every class with the hope that the passion I have will be contagious. Expect all classes to be about more than just cooking a recipe. I have created a number of set menus based on theme that include up to four courses. The menus is usually composed of a main, side and dessert. Simply choose one of the menus I have created that most appeals to you. Please note that dietary restrictions and likes and dislikes of any kind will be accommodated. Special menus can, and will be created at your request (*extra charges may apply). Upon your choice of menu, I will send you a grocery list of all the items needed to prepare the menu and where to find them, this is your responsibility to provide. All that’s left to do is for you to decide on a date and time that most suits you and your schedule. At that pre agreed time, I will come to your own home to conduct the class. In addition to the preparation your selected menu, it’s also an interactive experience where we will discuss all topics of food, tips, tricks, history and general guidelines to help you build on what you have learned after the class is over. In addition it will be…..FUN! With any cooking class we cover any number of topics (based on your skill level), including: • Food Safety • Pre cooking prep (knife skills included) • Cooking techniques and application of heat • Efficiency & timing • Presentation • Tools • The ability to duplicate it confidently again and again!
