The Derryfield School Mock Trial team competes in two to three trials per school year. For every trial, we are given a case which includes exhibits, stipulations, relevant case law, and witness affidavits. Our job is to create a solid case theory and compete against other high school mock trial teams as both the prosecution/plaintiff and the defense. Every member of the team performs at least once as an attorney or a witness. We regret to say that we will not be participating in Yale's Bulldog Invitational this year due to a lack of available members and meeting times. We wish all participating teams the best of luck, and we wish we could be there with you! Meetings will begin the weekend following the activities fair on Thursday, September 16th. Proud to have brought home a state semifinalist trophy for the first time in our team's five-year history! What a great way to end the season.
