Speedway recycles construction, demolition, post consumer, and landscape waste. Ina recycles concrete, asphalt, and landscape materials. Ina also operates an inert landfill and commercial scale composting operation. Drexel recycles concrete, asphalt, and landscape waste.

The recycling numbers are in! In the month of January, the Fairfax Companies recycled: -82 tons of plastics -61 tons of steel -42 tons of cardboard -4 tons of aluminum -800 tons of ground plant debris was used for alternative biofuel and as alternative coverage by Pima County Landfill. In addition, countless tons of green plant debris were brought in for recycling via Tank's Green Stuff! Thank you all for your dedication to a sustainable Tucson!

Free Christmas Tree Recycling, Free Bag of Tank's Compost! Recycle your Christmas tree and greenery at the Fairfax Companies’ recycling facilities. • Residents who drop off a tree and greenery at the Ina Road Land Reclamation & Compost Facility or the Speedway Recycling & Landfill Facility from January 2nd-31st will receive a free bag of Tank’s Organic Compost. • Remember to remove all décor such as lights, tinsel, ornaments, etc.* • The trees will be ground, chipped, and made into Tank’s Organic Compost. All cardboard and commingled products (plastics #1-7, aluminum and steel cans) can also be recycled at both locations. The locations will also accept electronics and light strands separately (no TVs). The Fairfax Companies’ owner, Jason Tankersley, encourages citizens to “start a new family tradition by taking simple steps that lessen our environmental footprint during the holiday season and throughout the New Year.” *Contaminated trees will be subject to regular disposal fees, and will not be eligible for free bag of compost.
