Dr. Beau & Dr. Sloan believe that everyone is an athlete in some respect, and in order for an elite athlete or your beloved grandmother to function optimally they need to move well, eat well and rest well. These are the 3 pillars of true health and it is The FARM's goal to make sure that everyone he comes in contact with, comes a little closer to realizing their true potential.

How often do you FEEL good? Honestly, do you have a week, a day, or even an hour that you can say you don't have an ache or pain, something weighing on your mind, or you're just tired/worn out? Why? Why do you hurt, why do you stress, why don't you have any energy? We live in a time of unprecedented technology, wealth and knowledge, yet more and more people have an ever-present lack of purpose, deteriorating state of health and are overall unhappy. I don't have the answer to a lot of these questions, but I can assure you of one thing, the answer to any or all of these woes will not be found hunched over your work desk, or at the bottom of a bottle, and will most definitely not be found in a pill bottle. So get off your ass and MOVE! It's not going to solve your problems, but at least it's a start.

Retweeted Dr. Mark Cheng (@DrMarkCheng): Your training should continuously seek out movement patterns & postures that challenge your comfort level, not your safety level. #fitness
