Description
the Fitz | From the creative vision of Culinary Director, Jason Gorman, comes "the Fitz". Located in Milwaukee's iconic Ambassador Hotel, the Fitz will offer an eclectic menu inspired by the the 1920's, the decade the Ambassador first opened its doors. Gorman aspires to recreate the vibe of the roaring 20's while infusing today's trends and techniques. Gorman is self-proclaimed clean-food advocate and uses only fresh, top-quality ingredients, many of which are locally sourced. In addition, pastry Chef Jennifer Gorman will be making all breads, pastries, soft serve ice cream and desserts in house. The restaurant is currently under renovation and is scheduled to open in late June 2017.
