The Flame is a Mindfulness, Holistic and Wellness centre located in the heart of Coventry. The Centre was born for one sole purpose, to bring light to those in need. We are passionate about providing multiple 'alternative' services that act as an antidote to stress and anxiety, while enriching health, well-being and self-awareness. Our core aims: Improve health and well-being Reduce the emotional strain and stresses of everyday working life Enhance, empower and improve the quality of life of the individual Encouraging self-development and self-awareness Fair Trade – We also sell Fair Trade/ hand carved products for a Fair Price. This is for two reasons, it sustains the centre and gives our artisans all around the world a fair price. We strongly believe in Fair Trade ethics and personally import all our own products from various places around the world. This way we can ensure the craftsmen & women get paid a fair wage. This in turn creates a reliable and regular cash flow which we feel these hardworking and talented people deserve.

We also work with local charities, artists and general projects that believe in helping the society, the less fortunate and each other. We do meditation classes every thursday, 5:30-6:30pm So if your trying to find yourself and some inner peace, then come along... Minimum £3.00 Donation.
