The official Garibaldi Facebook page! A family run, real ale pub, in the centre of St. Albans. LIKE US to stay on top of all our events and live music!
Right in town centre, THE GARIBALDI, is a relaxed family pub, where everyone feels welcome. Remember to LIKE US to stay on top of all our events, live music and news! Run by the Beale family and set in the picturesque back streets of the historic city, THE GARIBALDI offers regular live music, real ale on tap and a friendly atmosphere for all. Whether you're looking for a quiet pint, or something to do at the weekend, THE GARIBALDI caters for every need, with great home made food. We are proud to champion live music in the area, and every Saturday you'll find another great artist gracing our stage - from country to pop, there's always something for everybody! We offer a wide range of beverages, from most major spirits to a fantastic selection of wines. However, if you're a beer drinker, you'll be right at home with our selection of lagers and real ales, which we have won awards for! If you're a food lover, on top our fantastic new menu, you'll love our speciality nights, from Pie and Mash to Steak. Or if you're a traditionalist, our Sunday Lunches are not to be missed (and we recommend booking in advance, as they tend to get booked up very quickly!). THE GARIBALDI is also home to the gaming community, with a fortnightly quiz night and if you're into strategy, we are proud to host a Magic The Gathering community night every Wednesday! On behalf of Dave, Caroline, Gavin, Michael and Gizmo, welcome to THE GARIBALDI, and we hope to see you soon!
The Garibaldi is just off Holywell hill, and is accessible easily by rail via St. Albans Abbey station or any major bus route from the town centre (the 321 stops just next to Albert Street!).

Unfortunately Jipsy have had to cancel tonight's gig at The Garibaldi. We've plenty of Live Music coming up though with The Missing Men, Billy Patrick, Folding Stars and more in the next few weeks. Stay tuned...
