The Gifted Cat designs and creates purrfect gifts for cat lovers, as well as offering a Pawsome Cat Sitting Service. Purrfect Gifts: we create and design bespoke, personalised gifts for cat lovers, as well as a few gifts for your cat(s). These gifts are handcrafted with love, in house and are not mass produced, and we often work from your own cat(s) photos. We pride ourselves on the quality of our gifts and we use top of the range sublimation printing and printers to ensure a more vivid and long lasting colour. Our new Purrfect Etsy shop is now open and we have links on here to our best sellers. We are posting new gifts daily, and we appreciate your patience as we ensure that everything is pawfect for you to purrchase our purrfect gifts for cat lovers. Pawsome Cat Sitting: We are genuine cat lovers and are 'owned' by five cats and we know that they are very territorial and prefer to stay in their own familiar surroundings at all times. We are lucky to have a wonderful mum to look after our cats when we go away, but who do you have? Catteries are fine, albeit very expensive and you have to drop them off, pick them up, ensure the cattery is registered and has good reviews, etc. All very time consuming and stressful for you and your cats, whereas, you can decide the more desirable and less expensive choice, to ensure that you and your cat(s) are pawfectly cared for within their own surroundings, with The Gifted Cat. The Gifted Cat has over 21 years of experience in caring and loving cats, both our own and friends and family. We are registered with NARPS (National Association of Registered Pet Sitters) and are the only ones registered in this part (south) of Coventry, although we do offer cat sitting within all of Coventry. Outside Coventry may be considered though the rates may be slightly higher due to more travel time. We have excellent references, as well as a glowing reference/report from our own Veterinary Practice - The Veterinary Centre, Cheylesmore, Coventry. The Gifted Cat are also fully insured and have a current CRB - Criminal Records Bureau and all of these documents and references are available to see on request. The Gifted Cat never says no to any request(s), including calling your cat(s) by their pet names in a baby voice or even hand feeding them tuna. We are here to ensure that your cat(s) remain purrfectly happy and content, whilst you are not present and that their routine remains the same, such as the time they are fed, brushed, played with or even taken for a walk on a kitty leash. Their litter trays will be emptied and cleaned and water bowls will be regularly filled with fresh, clean water. We will let them in or out of your home, depending on your requests. There is no age limit either, as we have experience in baby kittens to young aggressive males, to sweet little girls through to old age, and the extra care that comes with an older or poorly cat(s). We are able to adminster medication, worming or flea treatment. In addition, we ensure that your home appears as though you are still there, so we open and close curtains, turn lights on and off, take in the post, put out the bins, and even water your plants. The Gifted Cat is also able to visit at times that suit you and your cat(s), whether that's for a few days, weeks, once a day whilst you are at work, etc. The Gifted Cat will send you daily or weekly emails or texts including photos, so that you know how your cat is and what they have been doing. We are happy to speak to you personally either by 'phone, Skype or webcam to offer more reassurance, as we know how stressful it can be for you and your cat(s) to be separated. We also provide a service to take your cat(s) to the vets, either for a routine visit, or in an emergency. I (Nicola) am a retired nurse and used to working in a stressful environment and able to remain calm, yet efficient in such situations. In an emergency, we are contactable 24/7, though this may incur extra charges. The Gifted Cat offers a free 45 minute consultation, which incudes completing a detailed questionnaire to ensure that we get to know your cat(s) individual needs, as well as meeting them and making furriends, usually with the help of Dreamies. We are not a franchise and we are a family, cat loving business. We love all animals though we only offer cat sitting as that is our area of expertise and experience. We are 'owned' by our five resident cats Buffy, Sid, Rosie, Jasper and a kitten named Toby who usually posts on here daily...he is such a clever kitty. All of them are thoroughly spoilt and loved, and of course rule the household:)
