Creatively making a community scene! Ingredients sourced from urban gardens & inspired by cultural diversity. Flexible Purpose Corporation structure.
Together and with the help amazing friends, family, and community, this will be a real place in the near future. A place where artists of all kinds can meet, eat, and demonstrate and share their love and talents in the arts. At first, we will source our produce from local urban gardens, until our own rooftop garden has been planted with the help of food literacy programs in the community. An FPC is a new type of corporate structure that was signed into law in 2012. It was created to promote social enterprise; businesses that promote economic prosperity, environmental quality, and social justice. We will utilize this amazing new tool for building our dream, in the hopes of setting precedent for future businesses who seek to do the same. Thank you in advance for your love and support. This page will be constantly changing to include new information about our progress. Feel free to message us with any questions or ideas. ~LacyBee and the SAOP Team.
