Here's a nice compliment that came in over the holiday weekend: "Just wanted to let you know that the boys did a great job removing the Mexican Fan Palm this morning. They took only 1 hour and twenty minutes to take it down, thoroughly clean up all debris and have a sip of iced tea. Thank you and Groundskeeper again for promptly responding to my request." Great work everyone!

We love getting emails like this one received in Albuquerque today! "...Every time I have had a request or concern you and Anthony have worked together and resolved the issue in a timely manner. I have many contractors that come to my facility and some do not take pride in their work. This is not the case with Anthony and his crew. He always ensures that all of my concerns are addressed and the work is performed in a timely, safe, and efficient manner. I truly appreciate the hard work and I look forward to continuing the professional relationship..." Great job team!

We received this recognition from an HOA manager today: "As the General Manager for the Association, I would like to convey the performance of your entire company - it was exemplary. And to make special mention of the one stand-out Groundskeeper employee, Jasmin Sanchez. She was the first company representative of the six companies to respond to the request for bid (rapid and timely). Jasmin comes across knowledgeable and very professional. She accommodated all of the special requirements that we presented to the landscape companies for this unique evaluation process. We were confident with the Groundskeeper company primarily because of the extra effort and detail she coordinated. Jasmin Sanchez always represented the Groundskeeper company at the highest level. It is a honor to have met Jasmin Sanchez and to share this impression of her performance with her supervisor and her company." - Great job Jasmin!

Today we say goodbye to Plum Office Supervisor, Larry Park as he starts his well-deserved retirement. Larry has been with us the last 10 year and in that time, he has made an impression on many of us here and his clients. Here's an email we received this morning from a property manager, sad to see Larry go: "Hi Larry, Knowing that today is your last day, I wanted to take a moment as you’re on your way out the door to let you know how very much I have appreciated our working relationship over the past six years. I have had occasion to work with a lot of different landscape maintenance companies and, even at The Groundskeeper, several different landscape maintenance supervisors. You have always treated me with respect and good humor and made me feel like my community’s needs and expectations were being taken seriously (even if they may have been demanding or over-the-top). You always owned-up to and promptly resolved any service issues that may have arose from time-to-time and I can say with 110% confidence that none of your competitors or peers have ever devoted as much time to educating me about the landscaping and irrigation systems on the properties I manage. Most everything I know, from the parts of an irrigation valve to the proper way to prune a young tree, I’ve learned from you. Plainly stated, I’m going to miss working with you. It has been both a pleasure and a privilege." Thank you for everything, Larry! Now go enjoy your retirement! :) -from all of us at TGK

Great compliment from a satisfied customer for Tom Parsons and the team in Albuquerque! "I want to take the time to send you a note and let you know about the great customer service Tom Parsons and team did for us this week. On Tuesday, June 2, we had the pleasure of hosting an event in which the guest list included Governor Susana Martinez, Mayor Gregg Hull and other dignitaries. It was a very special day for us, and as you can only imagine, we had a lengthy list of things to take care prior to the big day. After reaching out to Tom, it was such a relief to know that in the time frame we were dealing with, he said his team would be able to fit our request into their schedule. The scope of work included having our large flower-beds at the front entrance of the building, landscaped. That detail included extracting plants and gravel, and a refresh of plants, soil and top gravel. The job was completed in a timely manner and our management team was very pleased. I want to bring to your attention what a great job they did, and to thank you for the great customer service."
