Chef Edward Russell leads the kitchen that has received great local acclaim, most recently with a 3 star review from The Atlanta Journal Constitution. Located in the beautifully restored 1890s Atlanta Pipe and Foundry Company terminal building in the heart of Inman Park, PARISH is defined by PARISH Restaurant and PARISH Market. The eatery’s theme and purpose will draw on the comforting influences that make Southern cuisine and culture one of a kind. PARISH RESTAURANT: Located on the main level, PARISH Restaurant brings a piece of Southern comfort to Atlanta with a menu that features the distinct cuisine of local farms and ingredient rich dishes. Serving a variety of Southern inspired dishes with modern influences, PARISH is open six nights a week, and Saturdays and Sundays boast an impressive brunch. Fresh, delicious and affordable, all dishes pull from comforting flavors found South of the Mason-Dixon. PARISH MARKET: Located on the lower level, the Market allows guests to mingle and graze at the communal table, enjoy a latte at the outdoor pet-friendly patio tables and peruse unique sundries housed in an exposed brick space. The Market features an organic juice bar, homemade pastries and organic breads, fair trade goods, fresh flowers, eco-friendly packaged nibbles, premium cheeses, house-made salami, homemade ice cream, locally-sourced produce and a variety of ever-changing niche wares along with a selection of artisanal beer and wine including Concentrics’ popular Numbers Ale and the entire selection of New Orleans’ Abita Brews. Guests can simply order a bite and explore the various odds and ends throughout. PARISH TO-GO: PARISH To-Go’s offerings, found in the Market, include classically crisp po-boys, gourmet deli sandwiches and ready-made soups and salads, all fresh from the kitchen and available for grab-and-go or free delivery within the neighborhood. To-Go also takes the hassle out of deciding what’s for supper with a home-cooked dinner available for pick up, which changes nightly. Reserved parking spots for quick and easy pick up are available.
