Description

The Lobster Pot UK Nottingham (Town) & Beeston (Nottm) Est. 2001 by Husband & Wife, Wat Pongsawang and Pensri Pongsawang. Ex-Chefs from Loch Fyne Oyster Bar in Nottingham City Centre during the late 1990's to early 2000. Combining their Thai culinary skills with the newly acquired skills they founded The Lobster Pot, situated on the original food boulevard of Nottingham (Mansfield Road). 2014 saw the takeover by youngest child of Wat & Pensri, Chatchai Der Pongsawang. Chatchai, under the watchful eye of his dad took on the family business. 2 years later, Lobster Pot has now become Lobster Pot UK and now has a 2nd edition, which can be found in Beeston (15mins out of the city centre). The Beeston branch has a larger Thai menu than the Nottm branch, however the Seafood menu is almost identical. To see what all the hype is about.
