The first Long Hours "Day Boarding" School in Lucknow, "The Lucknow Public Collegiate" a co-educational institution is the outcome of our detailed and sustained research of the present day problems of children and parents in the direction of education. the institution started its first academic session in April, 1986. The overwhelming co-operation from the parents and their confidence in this kind of special approach to learning and teaching had given us great encouragement to establish this institution and to serve the people of Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. The first long hours Day Boarding School in Lucknow "The Lucknow Public Collegiate", is successfully functioning at 3, Jopling Road, Lucknow from Nursery to Class Xth and is affiliated to ICSE. Board, Delhi. Its branch at Ruchi Khand I, Sharda Nagar, Lucknow started functioning from 2nd April 1997 from Class Nur. to Class XIIth and is affiliated to C.B.S.E. Board, Delhi. The first branch of the Collegiate was commissioned by him as a result of his extensive research on the present day social needs and obligations and educational dilemmas. The ability to develop competitive attitude in a student and yet be able to retain, respect and maintain our heritage and cultural ethos intact in the emerging global scenario and the highly competitive world order. The overwhelming response from the parents coupled with positive feedback and growing need to cater for most students across the city of Lucknow prompted the management to open another branch of The Lucknow Public Collegiate at Ruchi Khand-I, Sharda Nagar, Lucknow from Nursery to class XII and affiliated to the CBSE, Delhi. This school commenced its operation from 2ndApril 1997.
