The Oaks Hotel's first floor contains three function areas. The Terrace and Spare Room - Capacity 80, minimum 30 (contains Private Bar) The Licensee's Flat - Capacity 60, minimum 30 (contains Private Bar) The Dining Room - Capacity 30, minimum 15 The Boardroom – Capacity 30, minimum 15 (Perfect for your business meetings and gatherings) There is no room's hire charge at The Oaks which helps keep costs to a minimum although you are required to order food from one of our packages (except the Boardroom for business meetings). As you can see from the menus there are food packages to cater for every budget. The minimum price per head is $20.00. Drinks can be obtained from the bar, centrally located amongst the rooms. Waiting staff can also be organised to look after your guests and drinks can be pre-ordered and set up in your room ready for your arrival. Waiting Staff: $25.00 per hour (min 3 hours) We recommend 1 staff member per 35 guests (optional) Pool Tables are also located upstairs and can be played: $4.00 per game
