Hire bikes for the trip of a lifetime. Queensland motorbike hire & rental for relaxed motorbike adventures.
We hire motorbiking experiences. We can help if you have a 1 day gap in your travel plans, or are looking for the ride of a lifetime. We understand what is needed for a relaxed, fun one day to one year ride. We can get you the right bikes, the right road, and the right experience. To make your ride as relaxed as possible, we have chosen older, well-loved bikes. This means you can stop worrying about the paintwork, and start thinking the next set of corners. Our bikes are well-loved, but don't worry about the riding condition. They'll have top brand tyres, plenty of tread, and everything will work as it should. Before each hire, we give our bikes a 50+ point check, in excess of any road-worthiness evaluation. You can keep a copy of the check prior to your hire, and we welcome comments after.

On the "recommended local day rides list": The Glasshouse Mountains - any number of loops across Mount Mee to Woodfood through to Beerburrum across to Old Gympie Road. You can even put some Bruce Highway miles in if that's up your alley!
Tip number 9 and a really important point; how do you know you are going to get a good hire bike? From our experience, it pays to ask a few questions: 1) Is the photo on your website of the actual bike? Ours are! 2) How well maintained is the bike? We believe older bikes can be just as enjoyable to ride as long as they are well maintained. 3) Can you recommend a bike to me? Absolutely, because we ride them and can discuss your needs from the perspective of a rider.

4th off the rank! Things I've packed that I couldn't have done without (besides wets, see point number one): 1) Jandals, thongs, flip flops, what ever you want to call them, in the heat of an Australian summer, being able to get out of riding boots when you stop for lunch is like heaven! 2) Good quality comms system - the man in this partnership swears by Sena SMH5 and has made me a convert. 3) Sticky plasters (extra big ones) to cover new boot blisters, the graze on the chin I got doing a u-turn in gravel with an open faced helmet, and the exhaust pipe burn on my calf when I braved shorts on a bike. I also swear by tea tree oil to cure all ills... but that's a-whole-nother post :)
You'll be pleased to know that TOMC has agreed to sponsor a bench seat at our local water sports club, so the (significantly) more senior members can watch the racing in comfort!
I just hopped off the Vulcan, and on to the Blue sv650. What a contrast, like going from draught horse to dressage pony. I was reminded just how good the sv is though, it is one of the best "do anything" middleweights ever.
