Description
Built in the early 1900’s, The Pennsylvanian is one of the most significant architectural structures in the United States. While the exterior maintains its original historic elegance and splendor, the interior has been converted into Pittsburgh’s most luxurious and unique apartment homes, including one-of-a-kind lofts and town homes. In 1988, The Pennsylvanian opened its doors to 242 magnificent apartments, offering studios, one & two bedrooms, lofts, and town homes. Our building is a restricted access building, which means that upon move-in, the resident will receive an access card to enter the building. Every apartment features 14 foot ceilings with oversized windows complete with miniblinds. Other conveniences are: central heat and air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. The utilities that the resident is responsible for are: electric, water and sewage, phone, and cable. For our residents’ convenience, we offer 24-hour maintenance.
