everything was great, only downside was the a/c in our room was freezing despite what temperature we set it to so in the end i got up during the evening and turned it off.
The rooms were lovely however the lack of glazing on windows allowed the night works noise to be heard and sleep was disrupted.
You should know better than put your guest in any room nearby the construction site.
Your hotel is well appointed, clean and in a lovely position.
I understand that this was beyond your control, but I felt quite disappointed (probably due to being deprived of sleep).
If I'd only stayed the second night I would have given you a 10 for very satisfied.
I needed to visit three different clients in different parts of Brisbane.
Being close to Roma Street train station was handy as I used the train to get to one client and also to meet colleagues after work for dinner in Fortitude Valley.
Very enjoyable stay and was made to feel very welcome.
Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope your next visit will be as pleasant as the previous one.
The place itself was lovely and staff were friendly however due to construction works until 2am directly under my window meant no sleep.
Very good service from check in to check out.
They are a true asset to your hotel, they made us feel most welcome on both visits and their personalities just shone.
Between the construction site next door and some pump going off during the night in the bathroom, this reduced the overall experience significantly.
When I checked in the receptionist was very lovely and helpful.
However, on the first night we were very cold and asked someone to come up and see if the heater was working.
It just didn't feel as sincere or up to standards as I've experienced in every other accor properties.
Thank you to the minibar person who knocked :) Overall, the stay was still nice, and thank you to all of the lovely restaurant staff, in-room dining staff, and the lovely receptionist on check in, but all of these things were disappointing.
Very good but there could be at least one good light, room was a bit dark
