The Rise School supports children and young people with autism aged 4-19 to access a broad and challenging curriculum alongside mainstream pupils. Based in West London, The Rise School is located on the site of a mainstream school (Feltham Community College), enabling pupils to access a wide range of learning and social opportunities whilst still receiving the specialist support they need. The Rise School will support pupils to access further learning and work beyond school and to make a successful transition to adult life. With the right support and opportunity we know that children and young people with autism can learn and succeed.
We are interviewing teachers and higher level teaching assistants today. Looking forward to announcing the appointments later on this month!
We are looking for teachers! If you are passionate about transforming the lives of young people with #autism in an education setting please visit www.theriseschool.com/workforus to find out more!
We are looking forward to three fun packed activity days with our pupils - starting tomorrow! These days are set up so that pupils can spend the day at the school, meet the other children that will be in their class and meet some of their teachers. The day will be all about getting ready for coming to The Rise School in September!
