What we do, Has anyone ever been taught to run? The answer generally is no, that is exactly what we do, by teaching correct running technique, you will run faster, longer, be injury free and have 5% taken off your PB’s. We look at how your whole body is moving during running, we will show you where you may be going wrong, where that injury is coming from, why you’re not improving on your PB’s.
