Volg dan een professionele course of masterclass bij The School of House. TSOH biedt in samenwerking met ID&T (online) courses en masterclasses aan in een inspirerende omgeving. Bij TSOH word je voorbereid op een succesvolle carrière als artiest, organisator, booker, stage manager of een van de vele andere beroepen in de Dance industrie. LEER VAN PROFESSIONALS TSOH biedt een unieke combinatie van theorie en praktijk, waarbij toonaangevende gastsprekers uit diverse hoeken en disciplines van de dance een sleutelfunctie vervullen. Dj’s, producers, organisatoren en boekers – van pioniers tot jonge honden, van underground tot mainstream – vertellen met passie over hun wereld. Denk daarbij aan Dimitri Kneppers, Duncan Stutterheim, Michel de Hey, Roog, Victor Coral en The Flexican. Zij delen hun waardevolle kennis van de alledaagse praktijk en hun lange termijn visie. VERBREED JE NETWERK Tevens stellen de gastsprekers en ambassadeurs hun netwerken open om samen met TSOH ook concrete werkervaring, stages of zelfs banen te genereren voor de meest getalenteerde deelnemers. Naast professionels en ambassadeurs werkt The School of House nauw samen met een brede groep innovatieve media en muziekpartners zoals ID&T, VICE en Philips. ENG: WHO ARE WE? The School of House offers part-time evening courses and masterclasses in an exciting environment, with plans for an online course offering in the coming year. In collaboration with ID&T, The School of House works to prepare its students for successful careers as artists, organizers, bookers, stag managers and many more industry jobs. WHAT WE DO! The School of House is an educational trade school in the field of electronic music and dance industry. We facilitate industry training through detailed curriculum, involving hands-on and textual content. We organize courses and masterclasses at the Nachtlab Headquarter located at Isolatorweg 36 in Amsterdam. Our goal is to share knowledge, inspiration and provide a better connection between education, observation and practice. The interactive courses and masterclasses are created specifically for each individual lesson and instructor’s style through the composition of creative and filtered content. Courses are lead by teachers and ambassadors from the dance industry including experienced DJs, event organizers, club managers and bookers. In addition to sharing knowledge and experience, these professionals are also an important source of feedback for both the school and the students. In addition to prolific teachers and ambassadors, The School of House works closely with a wide range of innovative media and musical partners.
