The Service Club of Chicago Philanthropic Committee met Monday. Five exceptional organizations were interviewed. The committee hopes to see even more members attend next weeks meeting at 10:00 am. While the Philanthropic Committee is hard at work interviewing organizations who will receive the record breaking monies raised in 2013, the Development and Gala chairs have "hit the ground running" ! 2014 promises to be another record breaking year.
We had another great philanthropic meeting today interviewing 5 more organizations. Hope to see more of our members next Weds at 10 am. Service Club at work making a difference
Service Club of Chicago starts their philanthropic interviews. This process is how we determine where we will reward grants and be making a difference. We will be conducting these interviews from the applications received now thru May and in June we will reward all the money raised in 2012 to these amazing agencies. GOOD LUCK to all that applied we look forward to hearing your needs and how we can truly make a difference

Last night we rewarded 40 philanthropic and cultural agencies from Chicago land and the surrounding areas with grants. We had the largest amount to give away in our 124 years of giving. Thank you to all of all supporters for helping us make a difference in Chicago and congratulations to our grant recipients.
