General Info

Welcome to the Southern Cross Health Club! Located on Irving St in Phillip, we provide gym memberships, fitness and health programs, short courses and other health and fitness services to the Canberra and Woden community at a subsidised rate. Our affliation with the Canberra Southern Cross Clubs allows us the flexibility to provide our weight loss programs, standard, serviced, off-peak and senior's memberships. We have the leading freestyle aerobics timetable in Canberra with over eighty group exercise classes each week! We run Boot Camp, Pilates and Power Yoga courses in a state of the art health club. We also have Women's Only facilities! Southern Cross Health Club services over 5,000 members in Canberra whilst working closely with allied health organisations throughout the region and is a professional member of Fitness ACT.
