We now offer Long Distance transportation, whether the product needs to go 2 miles or 200, make life easy with The Spa Mover. Q) Is there anything I need to do before you have my hot tub moved? A) The hot tub must be drained before it can be moved, for a small $35 fee we can drain the hot tub for you, or you can choose to do it yourself. Q) Is you insured? Absolutely! We are fully insured. Q) The hot tub is in my backyard and I have a fence, what can I do? A) Having a fence poses no problem. You must first measure the width of your gate and compare that to the height of your hot tub. We prefer to bring the hot tub through the gate with the hot tub standing upright. If this is not possible, an equal section of fence can be removed and returned. Q) My hot tub has just been moved and now I need someone to connect the 220 or 110 volt. Can you connect it for me? A) Yes, we have Certified Licensed Spa Electricians that can come to your home and run the necessary power. *Note: Spa Electricians bill separately and are not included in your Spa Relocation quote. Q) My hot tub is in need of numerous repairs. Can you fix it for me? A) Our Spa Technicians can fix your leak, replace faulty equipment, and provide you with all the appropriate chemicals. *Note: Spa Technicians bill separately and are not included in your Spa Relocation quote. Q) How far will you transport my cargo? A) At this time The Spa Mover does not support overseas shipping, however long distance relocation is available upon request. Q) Do you guarantee my cargo will arrive safely? A) We strive for customer satisfaction. The Spa Mover has invested in state of the art equipment to ensure that your cargo will arrive safely. Q) My hot tub is old and damaged, will you still move it? A) Yes, we will relocate or dispose of your hot tub no matter what condition it is currently in.
