LUCAS MACARDLE MCSP BSc (Hons) Lucas is a Chartered Sports Physiotherapist with a wealth of experience in a wide range of sporting areas. For over 5 years Lucas has worked in professional sport, working with players of all ages in an elite environment. This includes Professional Football, Rugby League, MMA, Kickboxers and Runners. Lucas has a special interest in Knee and Ankle injuries. Lucas’ philosophy is that success comes from taking care of the small things and better and sustained performance starts with preventing injury rather than trying to fix it. Lucas' method of treatment involves putting the client at the centre of an active rehabilitation process, guided with a tailored personal rehabilitation plan to achieve their individual goals. Exercise therapy and movement education is at the heart of this process.
