THE SPOT is a landmark restaurant on Prospect Street in La Jolla, CA. Earning its title for its friendly atmosphere and excellent cuisine, it has also become a favorite hangout for late night drinks and food for local residents. THE SPOT offers a full service bar and large selection of fine wines. The restaurant first opened in Evanston, Illinois and relocated to the sunny shores of Southern California in the late 70's, bringing along its signature Chicago style pizza. Since then it's become a favorite for burgers, pizzas, fresh fish, steaks, ribs, and salads. It also offers many child-friendly choices and a full bar selection.
