A lovely pub with a welcoming host who will try their best to accommodate your needs. There is a massive beer garden with plenty of seating at the back of the pub, a glorious sun trap. Doing good hearty pub food daily, and a great sunday lunch. Where possible, most of our food is sourced locally and freshly prepared to your satisfaction, with it being pub food and not restaurant food. There is a weekly specials board for you as well as the printed menu. There are now 3 Cask ales on the bar, rotating over a few weeks, so Real ale drinkers pop along and see if you can give us some support and honest opinions of our cask ales. Thursdays we have a well supported quiz night and Play Your Cards Right, with a fabulous cash prize, sometimes reaching over £500 Fridays and Saturdays we have entertainment on, see our posters for the latest artist etc. BT Sport is available for your football, rugby & much more.
