Dr Jodie Lowinger and her team of skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologists provide the latest treatment for anxiety and stress for children, teenagers and adults. We use CBT, ACT, mindfulness and other therapies to help with generalised anxiety and worry, specific fear or phobia, illness anxiety, sleep, postnatal anxiety, trichotillomania, injury or pain, OCD, panic, agoraphobia, grief, relationship difficulties, university, career and workplace anxiety. We also have expertise in management and leadership coaching. For your child or teens we have strategies to help with bullying, school refusal, selective mutism, separation anxiety and stress. We offer individual and group adult, child and adolescent therapy, including Cool Kids, Tuning Into Teens, mindfulness and anxiety disorder specific programs.
