The WHT Scholarship programme provides outstanding graduates and young professionals from developing and emerging economies with the opportunity to pursue fully-funded graduate study at the University of Oxford. A unique parallel Leadership Programme gives scholars the knowledge, skills and networks they will require to best contribute to public life in their home countries and regions of origin and to build lasting professional links across cultures and continents.
