Social Media Policy As a page which allows you, other customers, the public and also Thirteen Group staff members to post thoughts, ideas and comment on our wall, we would like to set a few ground rules that protect yourself, other users of the page and also ourselves. As a page we have set ourselves some ground rules which we promise to abide by. These are: A member of staff will respond to your comments as quickly as possible during our external press office's opening hours. These are 8.30am to 5.30pm Mon to Friday. We will maintain this page on a daily basis and update it with relevant information for our customers and visitors. We also ask from you to adhere to the following rules as you have already taken the time to ‘like’ this page. If for any reason that you don’t, we will delete your post but, we will tell you why via an inbox message or email. Comment monitoring - Comments posted to our social media accounts will be monitored. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate comments including those that: Have obscene language or sexual content Threaten or defame any person or organisation Violate the legal ownership interest of another party Promote illegal activity Are not topically related to the particular posting On-going negativity where advice and support outside social media is not being utilised On-going unjustified negativity that could cause damage to the thirteen Group’s reputation Blocking - Problematic users will be monitored and actions taken to take the conversations away from the social media site and if they are still persistent and the conversation develops into any of the above, then they will be blocked and if applicable will be reported further.
