Our 45-minute indoor cycling classes incorporate dumbbells, resistance bands hanging from the ceiling, and core-strengthening coreography -- all on a bike! Our motivating and inspiring instructors keep our riders' hearts and attitudes pumping with our fantastic music and first-class sound system.
