Description

Children are all individual and that is exactly how they are treated whilst attending our preschool! Our staff plan fun and exciting learning opportunities for each child ensuring that they are working towards identified next steps set up by their keyworker. Parents and carers are kept involved by receiving regular reports and updates on how their child is progressing at preschool. We ensure that children’s achievements are always recorded in a learning journey. At the end of their time with us we can look back and see just how much they have learnt. We also use this to plan for the children’s next steps in learning. We have good links with the local infant schools and liaise with teachers to ensure that the transition between playschool and big school is a happy and stress free experience for the whole family. All our staff are friendly, kind and have a caring approach. Our staff are; Jayne Dixon- Owner and Manager, NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, Tiddleywinks Child Protection officer and also First Aid trained. Sue Rosser- Deputy Manager, NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and is also our clerical admin. Jackie Couzens- NVQ Level 2 Childcare, Financial admin, Health and safety officer and is also First Aid Trained Aishah- Student working towards a certificate Level 3 in teaching assistant.
