Sylvia Rivas is the creator and artist behind Tiers & Flours, with 11 years of cake decorating and baking experience. She attended The Art Institute of Phoenix, where she graduated with highest honors in Baking and Pastry. She was privileged to have worked with many very talented cake decorators and bakers, in the Phoenix and Tempe, Az. area, and El Paso, Tx.

At Tiers & Flours we specialize in custom specialty cakes and wedding cakes. We love creating hand-crafted designer cookies, whimsical and sophisticated cupcakes and cake pops. *Please allow at least 2 weeks notice for all orders A deposit will be required to be paid in advance at residence * Because this is a professional home bakeshop, State law requires that I let you know that we bake in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the local health department. We operate this business under the Texas Cottage Food Law (SB 81)
