I am a provisionally licensed behavioral health practitioner who is dedicated in serving families with children, adolescents, and young adults.

Description

For the past four years, I have worked as a Behavioral Therapist providing one-on-one, evidence based, behavioral therapy for children on the Autism Spectrum in the home, school, and community environments. I recently graduated with a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling and am currently working towards my Board Certified Behavioral Analyst certification (BCBA). In my current role, I provide emotional support for children and families in a nonjudgmental environment to assist in expressing themselves and help develop and utilize methods of identifying and expressing emotions in a positive manner. Behavioral support includes, but is not limited to, working with children and teens in developing appropriate behaviors in the home, school, work, and community environment. This would include decreasing disruptive behaviors, increasing positive behaviors, developing morning/evening routines, toilet training, developing activities of daily living, social skills, increasing compliance, and communication.
