Schon seit über 46 Jahren betreibt der Wirt Wolfgang Orth die Kneipe auf der Hauptstraße in Wiesdorf. Er ist der Macher hinter der Theke. Ohne Ihn, sein Topos und Jazz - Lev wäre Leverkusen nicht zu einer Hochburg des Jazz und des Blues geworden. Ein Live-Auftritt einer Band im Topos muss man einfach erlebt haben.
