Some Frequently asked Questions Do I have to physically fit to participate? NO!!!! Total Body Bootcamp is designed to GET YOU IN SHAPE. Our program is designed to accommodate all fitness levels and includes modified exercises for those who may not be able to fully participate in running and jumping exercises. TBC will modify exercises to help those in need build up slowly, those with injuries and also those who need a more advanced workout. Total Body Bootcamp clients range in age from 14 to 60 years of age with every level of physical ability, size and shape. What are the benefits of training outdoors? Working-out outdoors offers the benefit of an ever-changing environment and terrain which means you must adapt to varying inclines, declines, obstacles and climates.
