Where Iron men, professional athletes, mums, dads, triathletes and beginners all come to push themselves harder than ever before. Original workouts every time without fail. Others try to copy us but no other training experience will feel like Total Rebuild. The working area is just under 1000 square foot, a shower/changing room and waiting area at the front make up the layout. When the weather is good we spill out into the car park and make use of the local running routes with some pretty steep hills nearby. Its straight to the point, your here to train so thats what we do and we do it harder than most! We have everything we need to continually push the bar higher each and every session. The equipment is the best of what could be bought and is updated/increased regularly. We all take pride in what has been created here so the cleanliness and up keep are a reflection of that.
