Darren believes every client is different physiologically and psychologically so every program must be individual specific. ‘You must plan, organize and set the right program for success, not hope to get there by chance’ Darren is passionate about his own fitness and practices what he preaches so he can relate to the physical and psychological processes that a client will inevitably experience throughout a phase of transformation for the betterment and be able to offer sound advice and guide you to your desired goal(s). Darren has worked with a broad range of clients including people struggling with obesity to top professional athletes ( Weight lifting, Powerlifters, Rugby players and Football players) so whether you are a strength/endurance/power based athlete or an individual who is looking to get into exercise for the first time, regardless of your previous exercising history, TPTS Personal training can help you.
