Hi my name is Tracy Haynes, I am a fully qualified Person Centred Counsellor and a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and Counselling North West. I offer an affordable, professional, friendly, confidential and non-judgemental service. I believe everyone is unique, and their experiences, and the way their experiences affect them, are unique. I work in a holistic manner, which means I take into account all aspects of people's needs including psychological, physical and social, and consider the whole being. Life brings some difficult challenges and can seem hard to bear at times. If you are feeling low and would like to talk to someone in a confidential and safe environment and would like to understand your feelings and explore issues in your life, then counselling may help you. I have a specialist interest in Trauma including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and as part of my ongoing continuous personal development, I am currently completing a Masters Degree in Psychological Trauma.
