The Hilton Garden Inn is a hotel owned by Airline Hotels, which is a second-generation, family-founded hospitality company, based on the Canadian prairies. We went through complete renovations when Airline Hotels decided to renovate the old Quality Inn Hotel and turn it into what we see today, the Hilton Garden Inn Saskatoon Downtown (August 2005). Over the past 7 years, we have grown as a company, keeping our core values in mind every day: respect, integrity, teamwork and entrepreneurship. We have undergone many current renovations within the past months, including our STEPS Lounge, Great North American Grill, Garden Cafe with a "We Proudly Serve Starbucks" kiosk and our guestrooms portion planned to begin this coming summer 2012. Our banquet and meeting space will also be receiving a facelift as we refinish the Ballroom dance floor, replace our carpets, wall coverings, and finishings. I am responsible for group bookings in our SMERF Market (Sports, Medical, Education, Religion, Fraternal). I take care of groups coming in who may require guestrooms, or guestrooms along with banquet space. This market is very diverse as I can deal with University Graduations, to bands, to hockey tournaments, to religious gatherings, and so on...
