The problem of climate chaos was described publicly almost 25 years ago. Nothing has been done about it since, as evinced by the fact that the rate of increase of CO2 emissions has not diminished. The problem is an emergency and our apathy and complacency require urgent attention if we are to begin to tackle the problem.
