Description
Kingfisher Treasure Seekers is an organisation set up to enhance the lives of vulnerable and disadvantaged people. We believe that all people have something valuable to contribute to community and we help people become 'the best versions of themselves'. We do this through a 'wrap around' approach of service delivery that equips and enables individuals to develop in their soft and social skills, receive specialist support and training and grow positive social networks. This approach leads to bespoke journeys depending on individual need and personality. The journey may be unique, but the destination is the same, people being fully engaged and contributing members of their communities in their own and distinctive way. As directors and staff we have been working in this area for many years, but in june 2012 we incorporated as Kingfisher Treasure Seekers ltd, a social enterprise, to enhance and further our work. In 2014 we purchased and began renovating our base and community hub in Westgate Street in Gloucester City Centre. We will be a fully integrated value based model of community enabling the whole person to become the best version of themselves. We will demonstrate this transformational model and inspire and empower its adoption throughout the UK.

The British Small Animal Veterinary Association (BSAVA) exists to promote excellence in small animal practice through education and science. The Association was founded in 1957 as a professional body to serve veterinary surgeons who treat companion animals and now has over 7000 members.
