Last Saturday, Vision in Motion (an outreach of the Spanish Club) went to Otis Park to minister to Hispanic children as they do each month. Two women saw the students from their home and began running toward them, asking them to pray for a child in their family. Anna Karen is a 14-year old Hispanic girl who has been diagnosed with liver cancer. The students have built a relationship with her over the past several months. Hospice has been called in, but the students are asking God to intercede. Please join them in praying for her.

Natasha Morris is the mother of one of the Winfield soccer players injured in Tuesday's game. She posted the following message on Trinity's Facebook page today: "I want to personally say thank you to the high school soccer team! I was very impressed with the way you young men handled the situation Tuesday night after our boys were injured. You boys could have easily chose to celebrate your victory....Instead you choose to comfort our players in their time of need! It was an amazing show of sportsmanship! At that moment it didn't matter what jersey you had on....who was ahead in the game....who's side anyone was on.... You all came together and chose to pray with each other! As my son lay on the field waiting on the helicopter to come....I believe your prayers along with everyone else's made miracles happen! My son eventually regained feeling and all scans checked out good! He was able to walk out of the hospital! Dylan has a clean break in his tibula and believed to have broken his Heel as shown In xrays....he was heading for surgery! His mother asked for another opinion and the next set of xrays did not show a broken heel! He was also released to go home!! God is good!! Thank you all! And congratulations on your win!!! Now go take state!!"
