Wat up fitness addicts....Itz 3 Kingz nutritional info time....So am always asked what's the best protein to take...Well addicts the simplest protein that breaks down pure & fast..A Egg jamz 6 grams of simple protein in ur system fast...side effect produces large amounts of methane gas...Fish is the other I would recommend lean...fast absorption... Delicious... Beans are also a gr8 source but have to eat a larger quantity BT be creative...
