Ever since he was a young boy, Alex has been in the kitchen experimenting with all the ingredients he could get his hands on. Picking up as much as he could from his mom and grandmother he started to work in restaurants all over Montreal at the age of 14. After over a decade in the industry Alex has finally decided to create his own menu and offer authentic Italian food.
