Truesounds is a collective of artists and producers creating music rooted in reggae and sound system culture but spanning a spectrum of genres.
Paying homage to the sound system culture that originated in jamaica in the 1950's and tracing the cultures spread and mutation in to hip hop in the bronx in the 1970's and house and techno in detroit in the 1980's true sounds is a global collective of like minded musicians, artists, ecologists and reveloutionary thinkers who share a vision of a more symbiotic relationship to the earth.
